Group Employment Sessions are the step BEFORE an applicant formally applies for an advertised role. This part is important to understand about this service, there is no vacancy or promise of a paid role by participating in a group info session. The Aitken Group has successfully supported many a group recruit for Labor Hire companies needing to source large numbers, usually, in the event of renewed contracts or gaining additional contracts. Equally we conduct them for Employers in a growth phase needing multiple new starters for their business wanting to see what the market has on offer and potentially out of their scope. Often, this is what we refer to as the hidden job market and putting Job Seeker and Employer together in these groups is a wonderful way to bridge gaps! Group Info sessions is an excellent way to get to know the caliber of your Jobseeker ahead of a formal recruitment, likewise about the Employer and type of business and culture you could expect if applying for a role with their business. FEE STRUCTURE: Workshops are run in 2 ways. At the Employer/Recruitment Firms request OR at the Jobseekers expense either per head fee or utilizing some government funded program supports. Group bookings are a minimum of 10 people with a maximum capacity of 25 people per session. $1,350.00 per head participation costs with a morning or afternoon tea, litterature, refreshments all provided. The Aitken Group manages all incoming personal details for the attendees, no information is released to Employers with out the express permission of the client in attendance. Following the group session, job seekers are reconnected to establish interest and suitability. Employers are then extended a referral list and they manage all aspects of the recruit including formal applications from each participant there after.
